Wrong Reset Pack DLC purchased

Hello,

I have decided to purchase the Reset Pack DLC because I like the game, Unfortunately, I purchased the wrong DLC which is for SA. I need the Reset Pack DLC for SEA. Is there a possibility that it can replaced it with the Reset Pack DLC for SEA. I am still planning to purchase more in-game products in the near future. Has anyone had the same issue like this and was able to get help from IMC? I tried to visit https://treeofsavior.com/inquiry/ but the website is inactive. I tried to refund through steam but its unrefundable. and still waiting response from email and FB from them.

You have “My ticket” at the very bottom, so you can send it and explain your issue. As long as you don’t use/claim the DLC it should be fine and they should be able to give you the correct one.

u need contact with steam, imc cant help u…

I wish I could. There is no option for refund. The DLC product it self is unrefundable and when you try to contact steam for the refund it will ask you to contact game support. I am really disappointed with IMC now.

It happened to me I contacted steam.
Steam will refund it.

I second previous post, i purchased TP to the wrong region, steam helped me.

Thank you for your help guys! TosSupport was able to transfer the items. This is my first time buying TP and epic fail at first attempt. I am happy that TosSupport was able to help me out. I will be buying TP to increase my character slots, hopefully I won’t make the mistake haha.
