This particular quest requires you to lure and kill 6 enemies near the sanctum of blessing. The problem is that there are no enemies around it and spawning of the archer like enemies is close to zero. The sanctum of blessing I’m referring to is the one in Parnaish Hill.
Monsters tend to spawn around the area. If there are no monsters near sanctum, kill the ones that are in adjacent “rooms”, that will force them to possibly respawn near in sanctum area.
I’ve done that quest in a party (monster lured counts multiple times, 1 per nearby party member with that quest). Being a linker i just linked those archers with my fireball placed near sanctum and then hangman knotted monsters onto that fireball.
