World boss market speculation

So now that there’s an 8 hour WB debuff timer, do you guys think WB drops will increase or decrease in value on the market?

I think it might go either way because this debuff will likely mean less bosses being taken down. Less takedowns = lower supply = higher prices.

On the other hand, mafia guilds will have much less reason to restrict WB spawns and this may cause other players to try their own luck on bossing instead of purchasing the boss drops. Less demand = Lower prices.

What do you guys think and list reasons.

On Klaipeda its anyones guess, we have by far the most corrupt and influx market of all the servers. Our mithril ores are 500-550k from what used to be 180k, our tokens sit at 700-750k most times, our mafia slumlords expect 30mil for the trashy wb drops like firnas 1h spear and 50m for the halfway decent ones.
Its a good question but the average player never had 30-50mil to throw at a finisher anyways, atleast those of us not playing with chineese gold.

I think a lot of people are not uninterested. It’s simply because they’re uninformed or they realize it’s a helpless cause. I say this because killing the WBs are not difficult, it’s competing with min/maxed 280s that makes things impossible. Once people realize this and once the mafia guilds loosen their grip, more and more people will be drawn to the allure of the drops and the info will naturally spread to players who unaware of these bosses.

Ya I don’t know if id say they are uninterested, a lot of people are familiar with notorious monster spawn times from other mmos. Its just on ToS why bother camping anything for a time of death when you know 5min before the window opens there will be an army of lv 280 fletchers with their pet chronos and pyschs all sporting +20 enchanted weapons and max lv100 attributes via their duping profits and exploits rolling in. people want to do WBs, they just cant thanks to the mafia slumlords that account share and dominate cerb and canceril 24/7/365.

that’s where the debuff comes in. Call me an optimist but I can’t fathom these min/maxed kids wasting hours everyday to camp something that will yield 0 benefit (they won’t be getting more cubes because of the debuff).

The demand will always be there, but the recipe or crafted boss item are not going to be there with cheap price for sure.
