I figure I’d post here, since I’m not getting any reply to my support ticket. Maybe I’ll get lucky and actually get some sort of response here?
I purchased 4 of the Wonderland packages on my main with the intention of tossing three of them in team storage for my other characters to open up. Opened up one of the packages on my main no problem. Attempted to put the other three in storage for my alts, but could not. The item was listed as untradeable. I’ve even tried to open up the other three packages on my main
and transfer them over to my alts that way, but I keep getting a “Failed to receive data response. Try again later” error when I try. Now I have three unredeemable and untradeable items on my main and I’m out almost 600 TP.
I also had bought 4 packages on one character when the Swimsuit packages were available. I was able to pass the Swimsuit costume packages between my characters without any issue, but not these new Wonderland packages. I didn’t see anywhere on the site that there were any changes made to packages, so I had no knowledge that these new packages wouldn’t be storable in the team storage when I bought them. Can I get some kind of compensation for this?
