Wobbly envorionment models

Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)
Many objects using the “bramble” objects (aka “big twigs with thorns” themed maps) are wobbling around in a hilarious fashion, as if they were trees in heavy wind…
Prime example is the map “Gate Route”.

If i had to guess, i’d assume that the shaders for these graphics elements are wrong.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to the Gate Route map
  2. Walk around, either at the north exit or around where NPCs are
