I just made this build 
Cryo>pyro for utility. 1 point in both lethargy and EQ will give you some more cc, defenetly worth it. Physical link should be lv4 since you can only be 5 people in dungeons and with lv4 it links to everyone including urself ofcourse. Spiritual link should be lv5 because then you have 100% uptime. Stop should be lv1 since it sucks to level further, and reincarnate should be lv4 instead. Your rank 7 is c2 linker. I could go on but… lets just say i would not recommend this ^^
