Hi guys im a Wiz3/Ele3, and im really near from the 220 lvl…atm i have a superior cross staff without upgrades and frost cloud atribute at lvl20…my question its what its the most beneficial option, wait for 220lvl and buy a new weapon or level my frost cloud atribute? or change to rod+arde?
