Wizard Stat Distribution?

I haven’t really done much wizard-related research since CBT2. The stats kind of went back and forth for a while, first everyone was saying to balance INT and SPR 1:1 for SP and damage, then go all INT for max damage, then to go all SPR for SP regen because INT doesn’t even add a noticeable amount of damage, etc.

So, what is the current recommended stat distribution for a PVE Wizard? I’ve seen a thread for PVP Wizard stats, but not PVE. Also, preferably one that can survive solo because I am sometimes on at weird hours and have to play alone(Or maybe I just want to grind rare loots and not share).

for pve con:int 1:4
for pvp con:int 1:2

no points anywhere else

Just enough con to survive, rest into int. No SPR

for PvE, ratios are mostly 5/4/3 int :1 con,
