Burst! sounds like my play style
For increased damage go wiz3>???>???.
The next rank you can choose elememe3, or control as cryo3 or dps/control as kino3.
And for the last rank you can be warlock or runecaster.
It’s up to you.
Best Wizard PvP builds atm, are psychokino builds. The cc is really strong and atm there is onlly one class (Oracel) that can counter stuff raise.
Psychokino2 necro is one of the strongest classes in my opinion when it comes to PvP, the CC and the dps burst from fleshcannon can wipe out an entire team.
Psycho3 and warlock is also really strong
