If you’re going for elementalist 3, you’re going for the rain/electrocute combo(+35% damage), the 5 more seconds of hail 5s/15s = 33% increase in damage (provided they don’t die first), and frost cloud (strong AoE)
Not too familiar with rune casters. Someone else have to chime in.
From what I read Rune Caster is a class with not so useful skills and incredibly long CDs. I’ve seen some nice combos with Rune of Ice and Ice Wall, but that’s about it.
You can pretty much ignore SPR/CON on your stat split. There are a lot of posts talking about that as of late. You will want just enough CON so that you don’t die instantly and have enough time to pot/be healed. SPR and mana issues in general can be solved through gear and pots.
