Seems like your going for pve? I think wiz3linker3warlock might be better than cryo2linker. Cryo 2 doesnt really give you any cc as opposed to cryo 3 with frost tree and snow rolling. Since you seem to be looking for dps, 2 ranks of cryo wont give you much.
So personally id go linker3warlock for potential future builds or ele3warlock if you wanna dps bosses. Do note that link is not foolproof. Some mobs later on seems resistant to link, and many skills can break link.
