Like the title i’m wanting to make a elementalist, but i want to normal, the shield is good? I’m trying to make some build and i wanted to know if its good

Reflect shield very quickly lags behind the damage you take. I’d recommend skipping reflect shield, and focus on maxing sleep, swiftcast, and put at least 1 point in lethargy. No idea on the ele skills though.
Why 1 point in lethargy?
Wizards get an attribute that raises strike damage on enemies with lethargy by up to +100%. Even a lvl 1 lethargy stays up for 30 seconds with an 18 sec CD. Wizards don’t get strike damage, but when a pt member does, it’s a huge buff for them.
As far as i know, you need lethargy at level 3 to get the passiv/attribute.
Not for important one. The one caudaite is talking about is available from the beginning. The other one (from lv3) just further increases eva/att reduction - which is kind of pointless if you don’t want to max out this skill.
