I want to make a Cyro3 DPS, which class should I go for next? beside Psycho.
The other thing is, can wiz3 have a good synergy with kino3?

Yes. Wiz3 is a good base for any DPS.
Cryo3 is not dps. Cyro is not meant for dps, but supports dps well.
Has a decent aoe with snow rolling and ice tree combo, but the class itself is NOT DPS. Can support dps, but unless you use ice wall and PP, or ice tree and hail combo, you will probably not get a whole lot of dps out of cryo3…
You can go cryo3 for dps, but it won’t shine compared to the wiz3 dps.
There is a Rune Caster spell that boost ice elemental skills by 300%,though im not sure what the non-deployment skills are… Maybe with a rank in Rune Caster will make Cryo a good DPS class?

Not. Rune of Ice has 3 mins cooldown, last 50s (level 5), it can be considered as bursted damage not DPS.
