Wiz Cryo Kino Cryo2 Cryo3 for Frost Pillar CC Kino2 Kino 3 and have a ton of CC.

Nice CC, Pysco3 early for dps purpose and faster level up, and end with some DPS from warlock ^^ 3:1 CCON:INT or full CON
Wiz > Cryo 3 > Kino 3 VERY solid on both PvE and PvP
Wiz > Cryo 2 > Kino 3 > Warlock better than the one above for PvP, also good for solo PvE but loses on team PvE because Frost Pillar and Snow Rolling are very useful at that. Also 100% uptime Sub0 shield is cooler.
What about
Wiz > Cryo3 > Kino2 > Warlock
Main focus is PVE would this be better than Cryo2 + Kino3. Will my dmg be less though since PP is of lower lvl (and no gravity pole)
