Wiz 3 Ele 3 Warlock Skill build

As the topic describe. I would like to know what is the appropriate skill build. I’ve just got to class 5. Finally have access to freezing sphere. Been researching on the forum, but have some conflicting ideas, some said to put one level, the other said to put 10-15 level’s into it. The reason I’m conflicted, is that I find this build from wiz to ele, has limited skill abilities, as the CD is very long. Suffer from helping out dungeons. :confused:

One question, how is your Ele 2 dmg compared to Wiz3? Is it good?

You don’t go comparing Wiz c3 to Ele c3. Wiz is there just for the self buffs. Ele is high rank (R4) damage dealer. At c2 you get Meteor.

I know, cause ppl said Ele got nerf, just have some doubt about how good it is.
