"With The Power Of The Goddess" Quest Bug

Bug Description: I have not been playing this game for months and decided to come back a few days ago. I decided to do some questing and encountered an old bug. Time ago quest “Release Goddess Saule” was bugged and half of a players wasn’t able to complete it cause of bugged barrier, which didn’t allow them to approach the Goddess.
Today i’ve reached the quest called “With The Power Of The Goddess” and guess what? It suggested me to go to Septyni Glen area and talk to “Saule”, no wonder barrier is still up. Any suggestions?

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Enter “Septyni Glen” area.
  2. Try to approach Goddess Saule.

Okey so, for this quest you dont have actually to interact with the goddess to start it. But with the barrier itself.

The barrier has an odd sprite box, and the interactive area will appear around the area where your penguin is sitting.

It has worked like that for really long time and im still able to do it on my alts, i also recommend to use keyboard mode to look for the correct position.

Are you sure about that? I spend last 10 minutes walking around this spot and clicking every single pixel and spamming spacebar like a madman, zooming in and out - no result. Maybe you can face me ingame and show that exact spot? :’(

Any reason to bump the thread?
I’d like to know what’s an average time support is obliged to somehow react on a user request. If there is any of course. I also want to know if it was taken into consideration or withheld or ignored, dunno, just something “official”. I remember only one firm in my life, which let themselves to completely ignore user bug reports. In all other cases i was informed in very first hours after creating a bug report, can’t recall even a one day delay.

I think i need to be more specific, since the one may misinterpret my original post.
I’ve competed the quest “Release Goddess Saule” long time ago via another “bug” and forgot about it. I don’t need to remove the barrier, since game thinks it’s already removed, i’ve done that quest. I simply need to talk to this NPC as a requirement for ANOTHER quest called “With The Power Of The Goddess”. Hope it’s more clear now.

Just looked through the neighbor topics to see if staff answer requests at all and didn’t find one, so i guess it’s a place where players help players. That’s quite unfortunate.

This topic is such a peaceful place, i think i will start talking to myself, cause no one will notice that.
Oh wait, I’m already doing it. Maybe i need a doctor or someone else need to start doing his job, a tough question.

I just realize(“With The Power Of The Goddess” is a 290+ quest), you probably dont complete the main quest here, maybe you need start low level history quests to unlock npc, this main quest starts on another map.
Sorry for bad english.
Edit: I make some research, yeah you need to start from lvl 1 main quests on all maps until here…
Edit 2: i see you screenshot again, and i’m right, you stop on lvl 8 main quest:
Imminent Danger (2) “Objective: Deliver to Chaser Ulysses”.

Looks like this quest wasn’t connected to this BUG. As i told numerous times in this topic i have passed all Septyni Glen quests long ago, this was a release day bug, barrier didn’t disappear for huge part of a server and there was a huge shitstorm in forum, but it was still possible to complete the quest via different gimmick mechanics like cryomancer’s icewall. But it didn’t work for me this time unfortunately :(.
