I think your company is really trying hard.
Why?
You are adding new costume into the game at 14% chances for random new items. With 86% chances of getting Old useless stuff.
If you are wanting to do a proper business for in-game cash shop. Really most of us would either STOP spending because you trying hard to milk us to give you cash yet you are offering us 86% onto old items. We would rather spend our money else where which we pay for it and we get the actual items we want. Even it is RNG. the rate of getting it “new” costume is still low, so why should we pay you.
When we gamble, there are 50% chances we win in real life.
In your game, we having 14% chances to get the new costume, NOT TO MENTION, dividing the 14% again onto many random new items again.
19 new items > 8 costume + 8 New hat + 2 Anvil + Abrasive
Even we are lucky enough to get the costume we wanted, we still need further luck onto getting it with the correct gender.
Don’t you find you really need too much coincidence just to buy what you really want?
