I would kindly ask you to add to the store cash items like Wings, Weapon Skins, and Ground (leap) effects. We already have some clothes, why not the wings, effects, and weapon skins? Please I.M.C, make it happen. It will be good to encourage helping the game with money from purchases of these items. Thank you.

The super whales that spend tens of thousands of dollars to get their special wings wouldn’t like this. Just let them have their cookie and move on.
I think weapon skins should be added to store or exchange shop the very least of any option. It was a highly requested item type and currently there’s just not as many available to players as there should be considering there can be a wide variety of them available. All the work making them basically goes to waste when the rank A GBC’s have 20+ items in them.

They would actually benefit more from adding some of the items to exchange shop and leaving some as unique/rare. There’s simply too many unique items currently.
thats the point. More unique in the gacha = harder to get the one you want = keep buying RNG gacha until you get it = milking more.
Well I’m not saying they need to reduce the amount of items in gacha (while it certainly would be nice) but they could provide a way to acquire a larger variety of the items included later on keeping only a few selected items unique/rare. People would still buy just as much those cubes trying to get the items they want and more people would buy the other items that are available through exchange shop for example because they don’t like gacha/don’t have that much money and they simply are able to buy more stuff they like directly (or almost directly as in case of exchange shop).
To satisfy on all sides why not add those wings in with a much higher medal exchange rate?
For example, wings and stamp effects could be exchanged at 3000 medals.
This has quite a number of pros:

It gives a purpose to the common headgears. Players wouldn’t feel the pinch/disappointment when getting such headgears as they are 1 step closer to getting the item they want.

Drives the game economy. As common headgears have a value now, they are much more coveted by the community. Non paying players can purchase them off market/trade, collect them to trade for the exchange item they want. It also help push sales for the small/medium fishes (players who spend but not as much as whales) too as the gacha is more valuable now to them. This in turn gives generates more sales of the gacha.
- Anchors the value of the cosmetic item in the market. A fixed price of 3000 medals in exchange helps in price valuation so that prices wouldn’t be too out of the world in market. (It helps in combat RMT too lol, since prices of such items don’t fluctuate if they are in exchange shop)
Don’t just aim the product at the small 1%. 200 paying customers spending $30 each is better than 20 paying customers spending $300 each. At least when a customer gets dissatisfied (poor gacha offerings) the losses aren’t that great.
It’s a win-win for all. Please do consider it IMC ><

they are reducing their whale population if they go with this “exclusivity strategy”
they should release the items from cubes after a month and charge high, this way it can entice normal people and convert them into whales.
as how rebuild aims to balance the meta and rainbows
this method balances IMC’s gacha income and peeps who are reluctant to gacha due to uncertainty
let the wings and effects remain rare, some costumes and head acessory too
these items aint for everybody, its easy to understand why people cry so much here to add em into the medal shop, but it just isnt for you, those are meant to whales or hardcore gacha buyers.
if you aint none of the above just forget it, we already have a medal shop with almost endless combination of items to make the best out of it, yet people want the wings you know why? because they cant have it ahahaha thats simples as this
people spend lots of $$ on gacha just to have a small chance of getting an item which wont never cameback, thats the porpuse of the gacha, every MMO has its rares item in circulation ToS aint no diiferent, if you so desire a certain rare item, all you have to do is farm and buy it in game, although i know 400k-500kk on one item alone might be mindblowing on some of you, but you can always buy gacha too just dont go on thinking you are special snowflake and demands the item cause you have spent 100 dollars or whatever amount of money lol
250 medals is worth 10kk on silute, there is tons of costumes for 10kk and less on market right now, so lets make some math now, if 250 medals is 10kk then 1k medals = 40kk, then 3k medals = 120kk which is nowhere near the price of a wing or a visual effect.
well, some wings can be bought for 80-150kk but these are the most cheap ones, visual effects goes for 350-400kk and some old wings like giltine and steam punk have sky rocket price, these items cant never go the exchange people they are too rare for it xD
