Type of Bug : Lena didn’t reward me with cards when I talked with her

Description :
I was going to get my cards of the exploration i’ve done on 7 maps, and monsters that I’ve killed. When I talked with NPC Lena (Wings of Vibora) on Channel 3 of Klaipeda, I chose option 2 (Share tales of battles) to rescue my card reward for hunting a monster (only 1) I didn’t received any cards at the moment but I tough it was just lag, and so I keeped talking with the NPC to get my exploration cards on option 3 (Share stories of adventures). I had 7 maps to get reward, and I pressed the button to collect them all, but again I didn’t received nothing. I was thinking that I had lag, so I tryed and changed to Channel 11, but for my surprise now she tells me I don’t have any reward and I didn’t got any cards, I re-checked my inventory and it isn’t there, also tryed to re-log and NOTHING.
Where is my cards? I can’t miss this exploration rewards since it would give me like 20+ cards level 7 and some level 8 probably!!!

Collect reward option is gone, but I didn’t received exp cards

Re-loged and my exp cards are gone and can’t talk with Lena to get my rewards again.
