When i tried to get my money from the vibora’s npc she showed me the reward i could claim but immediately they disappeared into the void
am i the only one who got that?

It seems Wings of Vibora NPC is bugged atm
I didn’t get any EXP cards from her yet I got the silver ._.
so what happen with our exp card :S i lost like 100 cause of this.

yes it was weird, she didn’t give me cards Monday and Tuesday but she gave me some yesterday when I reported

You probably got the cards, they just did not show up with the ‘picked up’ info box.
If you have the inventory open while receiving the cards and theres no popup that shows you got them you still see the number in your inventory increasing.
I’ll have to reconfirm that tonight I guess cause I didn’t really remember it all too much. I’ll probably take note the count of my cards from now on whenever I get cards from Wings of Vibora. That said, there’s also that bug where they mentioned not getting any silver so I might not fiddle with this NPC too much for now until we are all certain that nothing is wrong with the NPC’s system.
for me i have no problem with the cards but the silver she should give me is just gone to the void that’s pretty much annoying exp card can be replaced by grinding but more than 150k are a little harder to replace

Im pretty sure I’ve gotten money from the npc but I’m not getting any exp cards from mobs and maps in a long time…Which kinda sucks since I do all maps to 100% always and I’d rather use the cards than grind. 
It would be nice if this was looked into fast, if it really isn’t giving people rewards for some reason.
i tried with a reroll and he didn’t got the money either =(
Experiencing it as well, the chest were there for half a second then they were gone. I have no problem receiving EXP cards though, but I prefer to have silvers right now.

i have the same problem,
the chest is show like a half secound and they turn black.
There is a silver reward bug that happened to me every single time for a certain condition.
If I open the inventory (F2) after initiating the conversation with the npc but before clicking prize at adventure journal, I don’t get any reward and lose my claim on it. This does not happen for cards, I got the cards without problem.
But if I don’t open the F2 menu at all, I get the silver without any problem.
