Will we surely get the Cleave debuff from ktos?

Im plan to raise a Sword 1>High 3>Bar 1>Doppel 2

I choose Bar 1 because of the Cleave debuff is very good (if we have it). But at the same time i will not have Pelt 1. The taunt is not only for “get into grind party” but i find it very useful at almost everything (although don’t have Pelt mean i don’t have to switch the weapon, so annoying)

Also when i go Highlander, i must go to c3 ? or is it ok to leave it at c2 ?

We’ll get it once they finish merging the repositories, ktos already received the itos nerfs.
You can opt to go hl2barb2 to have more AoE (seism) along with frenzy+warcry for more boost with deeds of valor.

thanks, if we have the debuff then Bar 1 is a must, sadly i don’t like Bar skills too much, or else it is easier to build Pelt 1>Bar 3
