Will we get improved spawn with next weeks patch?

Hiya everybody. Next week we’ll get the kToS-merge-patch and afaik Korea has a somewhat improved spawn rate. Do we know if this will carry over? The goal of this merge was to have one version of the game only, so I think we will get the improved spawn rate.
