Hello, i recently bought a Value pack off Steam and was wondering if it will be usable on the new servers come launch?. I have yet to create a character or login and intend on waiting until ToS launches so i can start on a new server, any information would be greatly appreciated.

Yes it will be usable after you create the character on new server go back to lodge and use it.
So if i’m understanding this correctly and please correct me if 'm wrong, that Value packs or things bought from the “store” do not get locked to a server or character until you “open” them through the mail/lodge?. I apologize if these questions seem silly or obvious as I’ve yet to actually DL and fire up the game.
