Everything else would be unfair to new players and a major turnoff for them.

Every mmorpg CBT i have played have been wiped. The only games that keep their accounts/level/income/etc are MOBAs

We will be wiped going from CBT > OBT (which is a soft release in this industry) and we may at best get some jump start time so that there will not be too much of a flood in the lower level zones.
