It seem to be better now, but depend on the system, you will struggle the same way.
Can’t say for sure if there is space for improvement tho.

This is more internet problem than hardware/software
The difference isn’t so obvious sometimes~
In fact there is, the one you showed is definitely network issues, be it client side or server side and last but not least somewhere along the way (defective router in some node between the client and server).
Now if you see a char moving around and killing stuff like the guy with the gun in hand that is a glitch lol, it happen on client side, not sure if it is some kind of error or missing instruction from the game to the video driver.
Remember the faceless glitch and the open arms glitch on iCBT? lol

few optimization has been made probably i am clueless about programing but its just basically as it was on icbt2, i play with a early 2010 pc and its still smooth all time but drop when world bossing/very crowded screen.
they fixed the switch weapon freeze thought.

Yeah if still that bad on crowded area like cities or maps with boss fights then nothing much has been done, one thing tho, while not being optimized they should add a char limit slide, i know a few games out there have that option even tho they are optimized, or at least should had been.
I agree with Vitor regarding this, most of the people experiencing this in the CBT is cause of their internet, not their system, most likely cause the server and where they’re from is far apart. I feel find during CBT
Many people complain and put the blame on game, using a computer like this one
