Would be great if they add more faces. Face from npc like Titlas or Uska would be nice or some facial hair options and more hairstyles >.<
Not gonna lie no matter how I look at it the customization kinds sucks.
Dunno about you guys, but i like these outfits the best.

i think we’re missing this, i saw so many npcs with beards. then there was the elementalist master who had a sprite with a beard but portait without u_u.

There should be beards eventually. Unless hair is generated below the costume layer for some reason, making a beard should really just be as easy as a large hairstyle.
I like how male characters look in TOS. Maybe you should some other game. Try Wow.
