So, I was wondering, after rank 8 update maybe overpriced items like Gladiator band will worth nothing. Would it be wise to sell these kind of items now or my prediction is wrong? What do you think?
No they will still be worth silver… if anything sissel is gna sky-rocket. still highest price item in KR due to crit defense increasing in mobs (or so i heard)

I just buy one gladiator receipe yesterday at 20k…
Nice try. The recipe is utterly useless without the Battle Bracelet (costs 10m+ on most servers). The TS definitely meant Gladiator Band (crafted).
Go ahead and wear your Gladiator Band Recipe then

Thing is, the Battle Bracelet is way better used to craft/create a Sissel Bracelet rather than a Gladiator Band. That’s why the OP was wondering if GB will lose its value. For the already crafted ones, not really, people should generally avoid making more GB unless it’s something they actually want to use.
Except aoe headgear doesn’t give you 16 str and 94 crit attack as wwell as 1 aoe.
Glad bands are still going to be useful. It Depends on your build.
16 str and STR is going to be one of the most underwhelming stats come r8 considering Head gears can give you 1 aoe attack ratio +20-42 physical attack +x critical attack which would still be cheaper than battle bracelet.
Honestly, I want to see you get a 3 liner with 1+aoe, 20-42 phys and crit attack for any less than a glad band. I would like you to post a picture of it.
Remember, getting those costs you real money and the likelihood is very small, no one would sell theirs.

Production of the item will probably go down since there isn’t potential tacked onto it anymore. It may maintain some of it’s silver value. Or even increase if the market inflates from new sources of silver enough.

Thats the point isnt it? An item as rare as that would be more worth it for 15m instead of buying a glad band now.
The point is about how the 16 str and critical attack of Glad band is negligible and the main point of it is the aoear which can easily be replaced by cheaper head gears which can be coupled with 2x sissels, theres a reason why Sissel is still 16m in ktos while glad band is barely made anymore.
At the end of the day, no matter how much you shill Gladiator Band with its MUH STR and MUH CRITICAL ATTACK, its price will inevtiably go down.
So, with a Sissel and a Phada, there’s no need for a Gladiator band, right? I wasn’t sure about seelling, but, stats goes better with Sissel and Phada, so I guess there’s no point in keeping Gladiator bands anymore.
If you already have it, might as well use it at level 75 and as a placeholder
Edit: Dont get me wrong, I’m not saying it would be completely worthless, it just wouldnt be worth as much as it used to (10m> before, should be <7m now)

Well, I guess we will have to wait and see instead of playing the guessing game.
It will still be a good item regardless and the level requirement is pretty low.
PS. for everyone else, please show me your 3 liner with aoe, phys attack and Crit attack.

Its really surprising how many players do not read the forums, or anything related to ktos, which is basically a window into itos’ future. The first thing I noticed when ktos got rank 8 was sissel bracelets holding steady at 15mil or more on the market, its pretty easy to see ahead of time what is future proof.
