If this item become available in ToS will work in open world GvG or High Level Dungeons ?
Pardoners can craft dispeller scrolls.
They work in dungeons & fields.
On KToS yes, but there was a lot of complain about Dispeller in Guild Wars once everyone is immune to CC.
They were available in iTOS CBT too.
It’s probably something to suggest/raise awareness about if you are concerned specifically for the future of GVG.
