Well, that’s the problem…
What they’re saying about “Customers are always right” is a stupid saying. People who say that quote is arrogant and who doesn’t know the nature of business.
Two parties that agrees into something and made a deal that’s what business all about. The relationship between the Dealer and the Customer.
If they don’t agree to each other, it’s not business…its argument.
Ok you’ve done your part. However, does it mean you are a Customer, that doesn’t mean you have the right to say whatever you want. There should be respect.
Dealers and Customers have a needs to each other. A Customer doesn’t exist if there is no Dealer, and a Dealer doesn’t exist without a Customer. You don’t have to play like as a Customer, you are more important than the Dealer. Even Dealer doesn’t have to do that because they need each other Otherwise, it will only lead to an argument, not business.
Now all we can do as customers of this game is to do their jobs in resolving the issues.
