Why they must have region block for “Korea/Japan/Taiwan/Indonesia/China”? ■■■■ with local publisher, the game will die in few month. and i really hope that IMC can erase this restricted region, as im have internation comunity, i want to play with them and i really dislike playing in local publisher, coz what? you already know the reason !

Because whit no restriction the international version would eat the fan base of local publisher who paid IMC for publisher rights in their respective regions.

Because they have partners releasing the game in those countries? Because having signed a legal contract with those partners if they let people from those country play in internation they will be doomed by law?
I’m guessing it would be possible to find more reasons but these were the easiest that came to mind ^^
so meaning there are alternate server in japan? how about a someone there want to play with English server there are some foreign living there

It means that Nexon is the exclusive publisher for everyone in Japan. If you are in Japan, you must play on Nexon’s servers. The only way to play on the International (Steam) server is to move out of Japan, or at the very least use a non-Japanese IP address (through a VPN/proxy).
