Yet another oversight in implementing features imc. At this point i wouldnt be surprised youre just hiring and exploiting interns to work for you. Everything is still horribly unpolished and stupidly buggy.
Its not buggy …it works as intended
seems like it works just like pardoner’s buff …it still decreases even in town
The buff works the same way as the exp cookies buff we had several times.
Because isn’t a TP item
Standard tomes are TP items and they don’t get their buff time frozen when the user is in queue/town, only the 4x and 8x variants.

Wait does 8x Tome actually get their buff time frozen when queue or in town? I’ve been away for awhile and i havent tried them yet so i have no clue.
Yes, 8x tome buff timer does not run when you are in town, in queue or offline.
My Templar had one active for a whole week
