i logged the first time and didn’t notice the (eu), so i went on another one and used my 1.1 pack.
The day after a friend of mine showed me my mistake and i directly made a ticket to make the transfer; i was good as i was asking transfer between us and eu server.
I made this ticket 2 weeks before the official release.
i’m still waiting, making the same ticket over and over every week.
But support seems to be on vacation, or are not interested.
This is annoying as i pay for a token a pet, money, and the team seemed not interested supporting the paying players…
creat new one, sometimes these morons close tickets and dont even read them, my ticket was answered like
“thanks for buying foundation pack blabla bla”
“thanks for supoort game and helping us make game better bla bla bla”
i create a new one every week…
is there really anybody in there?
