The game goes through many problems and always the answers are standard and not clear, no formal apology and delay in the superficial treatment of the tournament, because the company explains in a simple and objective way to its players?
I play in silute but in other servers the problems are the same and the worst are frequent…

Simply because they don’t know how to manage a game. They don’t know what a communciation manager is supposed to do.
Or they do it the Korean way, maybe, which doesn’t work for the rest of the world. At all.
Normally when s*** happens, even if the communciation staff can’t fix it and can only report the players’ complaints to the devs, they normally make an official announcement (even if it’s just on the forum) to explain that they are aware of the issue, that the devs are currently working on it, but that they don’t exactly know what’s causing it so they can’t tell when it’ll be fixed. Sometimes they’ll throw a little “We’re aiming for it to be resolved within the next hour” or something.
But yeah, players need to know the staff knows about the issues, that they’re actively working on it, and that it’s their #1 priority at the moment.
The lack of communication really makes it feel like they don’t care sometimes…

I feel as if a IMC is not a minimum for some servers, we are with a gigantic slowness it has not been our server since 9am, and they have not even posted any news on the site
