I clicked on the dimensional collapse portal item to open the portal, it goes into this 5 minute cool down, and then I wanted to click on the dimensional collapse reset item, but it went into cooldown as well. I had to tell my team mates to stop because I couldn’t enter. That’s so DUMB!

They teach you how to reset before enter anything, not fail to enter then reset.

I’m 99% sure it’s a bug or a mistake. I doubt IMC hates people using them in the wrong order so much that they’d purposely lock you out until your portal closes
