Hi i bought a new pet and I can not do level up , I did wrong? LV1 for more than two days? remains the same

maybe this may help…
pet only gain exp from grinding monster (no exp from quest/exp cards), companion should be active with u when u kill mobs, and he should level up
I’m having the same problem. I got my pet by exchanging the voucher for a pet which I got from the Cataphract Master after jog changing
Pets only gain exp if you gain exp from slaying monsters.
