If you were not in category A mentioned in this announcement, you won’t have any special compensation yet.
If you are in category B, you will get the special compensation after the investigation is complete.
If you are not in either category B or C, your account does not qualify for the compensation.

You have a character on the Silute server that was banned but normally play on the Klaipeda server?
Anyways, if you are sure that you are in category A but haven’t received compensation, please check again in a while since it may take some time for the mail to get to your lodge.

@tiagolkb If your account/team was banned on the Silute server due to this issue, any restrictions or compensation will be given on that server. Your team on the Klaipeda server will not get any compensation for the restrictions put on the Silute server.
@marcusfaria If you are unable to log in even after 1 hour, please send us a ticket and you should get an answer as to whether your account should be restricted or not.

@tiagolkb calm down kiddo, first of all: try to go to some english classes. Step 2: stop spamming, and read that d*mn announcement!!!
What @tiagolkb means is, he has a lvl 31 character in Silute which he doesn’t play. He usually plays in Klaipeda, where he did nothing wrong and would love to apply for the compensation. For some reason his Silute team was banned and therefore his Klaipeda team didn’t receive a compensation.
Since he doesn’t play in Silute and the character is lvl 31, he is asking you to please look at that case personally due to the lack of sense of the punishment.
