Why it needs to be restricted?

I’m talking about rewards from golden whale event. Why it needs to be restricted to transfer between characters?

I understand that 14 days items are meant for short term event.
I understand that trade and market restrictions for new accounts are meant for anti RMT act.
I understand that 300 TP restrictions are meant for anti credit card scam.
I understand that the upcoming rank reset trade restrictions are meant to give players one chance and not to profit.

But i don’t understand why my limited 4 times a day rewards from fighting against 500M HP whale, massive lag, and channel crash has to be restricted.

It’s sad to see my x8 days tomes (14 days) dying on 330 level characters and my golden anvils (14 days) on low level characters while my trans 315 orange weapon need it.

Please give me a reason.

Sorry dude but when it comes to restrictions, that is only imc’s best point. You can’t expect answers from them.
