Ok, so I started playing since the game started and bought the founder pack and stuff. At that time, I lived in Chile (South America) so I decided to transfer my account from Klaipeda to Silute. After some time playing I decided to stop until you guys fixed all the problems.
Now, I want to return to playing the game but I moved to U.S.A and need to transfer my account back to Klaipeda BUT I CAN’T.
I submitted a ticket to see if there was a way, but the only response I got is that there is NO WAY to transfer and to keep an eye on the forums for any news and announcement regarding any in-game updates.
Really? I mean, I don’t want to lose all my premium stuff (which I payed for) and almost every other game I play lets you make a server transfer (even if you have to pay) so I would like to know why after a year or so of ToS being released this is still an issue.
im sure it has something to do with the shoddy netcode which doesnt make it that easy.
It’s mainly because of different TP prices according to every region
This is a good point, but even then, not allowing TP to carry over (even as crappy as that sounds) would still be better than literally nothing atm 
i just abandoned 2 lv 200 character because i was not able to make a server transfer i sent like 5 support ticket and all they said is that i need to wait for an event or something but after 7 month i am still waiting for it.
this is the first time that i see a mmo without server transfer, TP prices and the region is not an excuse nobody will buy a server transfer to buy cheaper and then to buy another TP transfer and the wait until you are able to transfer all the week.
The fact that there is no clerification or acknowledgement of the need for server transfer is what makes me worried. Surely the GM’s must have taken notice of these request. It’s really bad when there has been a 1+ year without a transfer option and without reason.
So, I just sent another ticket asking if they could AT LEAST transfer my premium items and TP, but they can’t even do that.
I can barely understand why you wouldn’t transfer my team, but the fact that my items cannot be transferred is ridiculous. I am extremely dissapointed and concerned with the future of this game. These are basic features that should be in place especially after a year of release
