If you really want some sort of hydromancer, look for a real world interpretation and hope it is a Rank 9 class.
I can imagine hydromancer being some sort of poison curing class with dehydration skills that damage enemies.
What we really need is earth-type magic that isnt earthquake. We already have the element, but almost no skills utilise it.
