Yes, that is with Hengestone and 8 Chaps. Also, it is 3*6k (18k ish).
Ah, I see. That damage still seems very relevant. Maybe not for world bossing, but for comparison my full CON PD2 hits for about 4-6k per tic of damage and it is still very relevant for general PvE.
Not only that, but you can draw aggro/do dmg from the safety of a barrier scroll or fade.
Do you find OOB still useless?
I still use it often for small defenses in Siauliai or Crystal Mine mission, Grynas Hill gimmick, etc but very very seldom when it comes to general bossing or world bossing.
