Remember ToS is too new and have too much more classes and combinations than RO and still growing with balances and ranks to come. I believe in the future some calcs will do appears with much more informations but i still dont see something totally complete like this one from RO.

Guess how long it took for that calculator to develop to where it is now… I promise you not 5 months after RO was launched. Be patient. Most games don’t flourish until after they die.

Well, since you complain about it, why don’t you take the initiative and make such a detailed calculator for TOS? 
Keep in mind that creating such detailed calculators (with all the items, monsters, formulas, special skill features, etc) can be a lot of work and could take some weeks, if not months, to get it to an acceptable state.
The calc you linked was made several years after RO got released and still has some bugs today (well, it hasn’t been updated for a long time).
