Why IMC should implement a Skill Queue system:

Now that SA server is Online I could finish my testings.

Here’s an comparison between a Monk’s Double Punch with High and Low ping.

There’s clearly an issue there. While lagged players are already hindered by the lag itself, the game doesn’t help as even if they are stationary the damage will be much lower.

Keep in mind that Monks are not the only characters who are affected by this.

Tell me what you think

transferring to SEA didnt not help at all, infact we get commandered often

I am against skill queue.

then dont use it. Games have skill macro features and it was always up to the player to use it despite some downsides.

Some countries don’t and probably won’t get a localized server. Australia, is a the first one that comes to mind.

Monk isn’t the only clas that is prejudiced. This is a feature that others MMORPGs have already implemented with great sucess as it reduces the gap between high and low ping players. If you think more about it, we have, deep down, a game balance issue that should be looked upon.

I dont know many major MMORPGs that do this. At least not western ones. The only one Ive really read about was Archeage and it messed things up there for awhile.

I wouldn’t see any negative impact on such a system if it was an option to select from. More settings are always welcome as I find we have a need for more as is. If it helps some players and not everyone has to use it if they don’t want what is the harm?

WoW has it:

Archeage had a poorly optmized and bugged queue system that led to pretty ugly things like instant kills. But, the problem wasn’t the queue itself, but the way it was implemented.
