May I ASK why I’m still not able to login game for 6 days already since the maintainence? Is there any problems? Even I checked My team name is not in the ban list, I have sent few times support ticket but the reply message I get is automated message that ask me check for FAQ…I didn’t get any answer from the FAQ and I’m now everyday wasting my dungeon/mission entrance for 2 character and Token Time!
I purchased all 3 DLC for support the game and early access to rush lvl now i’m stucked for 6 days doing nothing.
Beside that I was request for the server transfer to SEA but now the due date is already passed and my account still stucked and my items and silver from market I cannot retrieve same with doing server transfer… I can’t do anything now…
Please any gm / staff help me check for the issues please…

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Account can’t login since maintainence
- request to transfer server can’t be done because account get locked
- items and silver in market cannot retrieve if I request for server transfer because account get locked
