What happens next month when another exploit is found? Wipe again? IF they wipe, no one will play anymore, not because of the progress lost, that’s easy enough to make up, but because we would be living in fear of the next wipe.
How would anyone play when people know that a new exploit and wipe could be right around the corner? Resorting to a wipe should be saved for the most extreme cases which recovery is absolutely not possible and the game is completely unplayable. They need to exhaust all of their options trying to make it right, they need to prove they can solve this WITHOUT a wipe.
People will ALWAYS find new exploits, that’s a fact, would you like them to wipe the servers every time? Once they wipe once, it would be impossible for me to really get into the game again investing THOUSANDS of hours only to be constantly scared of another wipe right around the corner.
THEY MUST FIX THIS WITHOUT RESORTING TO A WIPE.
Julie even posted that that picture showing hundreds of millions of gold was fake and no one has that amount of gold on their logs, they are logging EVERYTHING and it should be simple to ban the ghost accounts that are exploiting then be able to tie them to the main accounts and ban them also. They could view things like ip address and payment method i’m sure they have things set in place to trace the exploiters MAIN accounts and ban them and remove the excess tokens, NO SILVER WAS ADDED TO THE SERVER.
