Why I can’t submit my work to fan art category… Anyone know how to active the fan art catagoty?
you need to use your forum account more,
like browsing around threads, give likes, bookmark, do that tutorial thing in your inbox or whatever until you get more badges and trust level, I guess 
I believe you just need to post 1 post… like this post for instance… now you can post your artwork.
