Has anyone else encountered this i will give a bit of back story. I purchased this game in early access loved it had fun with it the game was fun. I messed up my family name I used the TP I got for free with my purchase to change my name. then the next day they gave a server wide family name reset if you put in a ticket for it. So i did that and change my family name and asked for a TP refund since i used the TP the same day as the announcement. i was told it will be done within a week. I waited a week then sent another ticket. I was told it might take a month since they are investigating many topics with tp refunds. waited a month sent another ticket at this point i was upset i had been waiting for my TP refund so I can keep playing the game. so then I log in to see if my tp was refunded and I get a message that I need to speak to a GM so i send another ticket and it appears I broke the terms of serves. I sent another reply and tried to get a ban appeal and more information but i got the same reply we have evidence you broke the terms of service. So I sent another ticket requesting more information I got the same reply back twice. Is there anyway to speak to a GM or something?

Idk how I broke it yet maybe the 4 times i sent in a ticket about the TP refund i sent but there is no reply option so every reply is a new ticket and all two requests i sent about more information gets the same reply.
They dont want to refund you, probably like that.
