Why Do They Bother

As in, why do they bother to pretend to have a Support system for this game. I gave them a screenshot, they asked for a video. I give them a video, they say “we’ll pass this on thanks” then close the ticket. Pathetic.

This means they will at least investigate the problem. For the few tickets I’ve made in the past, each time I got this reply the problem was fixed… eventually :slight_smile:

they are customer support.not the one solve the problem.they are there to evaluate your problem whether its fixed simply by minimum effort like verify cache thing or it requires escalation to the programmer team. its the same thing irl.hello world.

Yeah, I get checking the simplest things first flow of troubleshooting. But the ticket system declaring the issue Answered does not give a warm fuzzy feeling that anything further will ever actually happen about it.
