stop making every godda*n item in that I recieve charbound. It scks. It absolutely scks and there is not a single reason to do that.
They aren’t. Only the timed ones are. You can combine the timed ones into 4x tomes that are transferable now IIRC.
And why are these charbound? Elaborate.
All temporary items are char bound.

Probably because they’re usually given as event items and they don’t want you transferring all of the event items from all of your characters to a single character.
That makes no sense if you can switch and choose by your own which char will recieve the reward. But if you want 1 tome there and 1 tome on another char then you are simply fcked for no relevant reason.
