I highly doubt you were banned for not doing quests according to your level.
me buy buff and fam to level 70 2 character.
That doesn’t make sense, they don’t ban someone for leveling, gosh. I got to 106 in 1 day and I’m not banned yet, obviously you did something else.

You should tag a member of staff in your original post, or alternaively send in a ticket / PM and they will be able to tell you the reasoning behind your ban.
