Why are you taking so long to answer my ticket?

I do not understand why the delay, more than 24 hours without a response on my ticket. At the time of the dpk bug I understood, after all there were many accounts to solve the problems. But I do not believe you have so much to do so that it takes more than 24 hours to answer my ticket and help me with my problem. Can someone from the staff help me?

I don’t care if is not 24/7, they have blocked my acess to the game without any reason. You tried to help? Nice, thanks. Ignore my topic and gtfo.
